I'd give zero stars if I could. Beware of Darrin who uses high-pressure sales tactics to coerce members into training sessions; rude, condescending and just plain not good customer service all around.
New facility that has a great balance of cardio, free weights, and machines. The only downfall is they don't have a sauna.
Have been going here since it opened and feel it’s a decent place. I don’t interact with the training staff often, but they seem to be decent.
I really liked the facility and location but I had to quit after the way Darren treated me. He was incredibly rude and condescending. His tactic of trying to guilt and humiliate people is mind boggling. If you're not willing to spend at least $600-800 a month he'll tell you that you obviously don't care about your health or wanting to get healthier.
I walked out during my initial meeting with Darren. He kept badgering me for my reason to join because what I told him didn't meet some magic criteria that he had. This is one star only because you can't rate zero stars.
